UVU Series

UV-curing screen printing inks UVU offer many application possibilities, mainly for graphic screen printing applications. They can be used for printing on rigid PVC, PVC adhesive foils, polystyrene (PS), ABS, polycarbonate (PC), PET-G, paper and cardboard. In addition, they are suitable for printing on PMMA (acrylic glass) substrates with slightly reduced ink adhesion properties.

With addition of 5% additive PP/UVU screen inks UVU can also be printed on PP foils and PP double wall sheets.

UVX2 Series

UV-curing screen printing inks for printing on PVC, especially PVC adhesive foils.

UV/K Series

UV-curing screen printing inks for technical and industrial applications. UV/K is mainly used for decoration of e.g. front panels made of metal and coated printing on surfaces as well as for duroplastics. They are also suitable for legend PCB´s.

SVC Series

SVC inks are organic UV-curing screen inks for printing on glass containers such as drinking glasses, ceramic glass or glass bottles. To obtain a good adhesion and best possible resistance properties container glass has to be flame-treated with suitable equipment prior to printing. Uvitro® or Pyrosil® are reliable processes for this treatment. In these processes a small percentage of organic silanes is mixed with the burner gas. Please note that the flame treatment will remove the cold end coating already applied on glass bottles. Because of the variety of materials and different parameter of pre-treatment it is essential to carry out pre-trials to confirm suitability.
